The History and Present Situation of Publication Exchange in “Taiwan Central Library”

台湾"中央图书馆"出版物交换的历史悠久,从1949年始至今,分为四个阶段,即:停滞阶段、建设阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段。该馆出版物交换的重点有一般书刊、政府出版物、汉学研究资料。此外,该馆注重与大陆及海外各图书馆、研究机构等签署合作交换协议,加强双方的文化交流。纵观历史,海峡两岸出版物交换呈现三组特点:发展性与稳定性、原则性与灵活性、继承性与创新性。

There has been a long history of publication exchange in uTaiwan Central Library^ since 1949 which can be divided into four periods stagnation,framework, further development and maturity stage. The exchange material of uTaiwan Central Library^ features on government publication and sinology research. In addition,it lays em-phasis on establishing exchange relations with libraries and institutions home and abroad through exchange agreement as a way to strengthen cultural cooperation. From a historical perspective, there are three sets of characteristics in pub-lication exchange between China's Mainland and Taiwan： developing while staying stable, taking principled stand while being flexible, adopting inheritance as well as innovation.
