基于信息熵和数据包络模型的公共图书馆绩效分析评价研究——以江苏省为例

Research on the Benefit Evaluation of Public Library Based on the Entropy Method and Data Envelopment Analysis——A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

图书馆的办馆效益是评价图书馆管理和服务水平的一个重要标志。目前对图书馆的评价一般是定性的主观性评价,对其定量化的评价研究方面尚需待进一步研究。针对这一问题,文章通过引入信息熵的概念,结合DEA模型,确定了投入产出指标的权重,测度了2011年至2015年江苏省公共图书馆的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率并详细分析了这期间图书馆发展绩效的变动情况;最后根据DEA模型的投入优化目标值,探讨了提高公共图书馆绩效的对策措施。

The effectiveness of library management is an important indicator of library management and serv-ice level. At present,the evaluation of library is generally qualitative and subjective evaluation,and its quantitative e- valuation of research still needs to be further improved. By introducing the concept of information entropy and combi-ning with DEA model, this paper determines the weight of input - output index, measures the comprehensive efficien-cy, technical efficiency and scale efficiency of public libraries in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2015 and analyzes the changes of library development performance. Finally,the paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the perform-ance of public libraries according to the optimization target of DEA model.
