摘要
目的了解西安市地铁3号线运营前集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为卫生管理提供参考依据。方法检测19个车站集中空调通风系统卫生状况。检测指标包括风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数,送风中细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌,冷却水、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌。结果风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为100.00%、100.00%、99.44%;送风中细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌合格率分别为98.89%、92.78%、100.00%;站厅、站台风管内表面及送风中卫生指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。冷却水、冷凝水中未检出嗜肺军团菌。结论西安市地铁3号线运营前集中空调通风系统卫生状况良好,但仍存在一定程度污染,应加强卫生管理并定期清洗。
Objective To understand the hygiene quality of the central air conditioning ventilation system of Metro Line 3 in Xi'an before the operation,and provide basis for improving the hygienic quality. Methods The air conditioning ventilation system of 19 subway stations were monitored before the operation. Indicator included: dust,total bacterial count,total fungi count of duct on the internal surface,and the total bacterial count,total fungi count,β-hemolytic streptococcus in the supply air,and the legionella pneumophila pollution in air conditioning cooling water and condensate water. Results The qualified rate of the dust,total bacterial count,total fungi count of duct on the internal surface was 100. 00% 、100. 00% 、99. 44% respectively; the qualified rate of the total bacterial count,total fungi count,β-hemolytic streptococcus in the supply air was 98. 89% 、92. 78% 、100. 00% respectively; there was no statistical difference in all indicators between the platform and the hall. No legionella pneumophila was found in air conditioning cooling water and condensed water. Conclusion The hygiene quality of the air conditioning ventilation system in Metro Line 3 was fine,however,there was still a certain degree of pollution,health management should be stressed.
