摘要
目的开展宜昌市健康期望寿命调查和测算,综合评价宜昌市居民健康状况。方法利用宜昌市网格化管理数据库人口登记数据,基于网格区域抽样框的分层抽样方法,通过结构化查询语言(Structured Query Language,SQL)对城区人口进行数据库抽样,形成健康期望寿命调查样本库。结果共抽取8 460名调查对象,实际完成8 023人,样本人群与2016年宜昌市城区网格登记人口年龄构成一致,差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.01,P>0.05)。玛叶指数=5.29/2=2.65,样本无年龄偏好。结论基于网格化管理的分层抽样操作简单、快速,适合类似大规模调查。
Objective To calculate the healthy life expectancy of urban residents in Yichang and systematically evaluate the health status of urban residents. Methods The population registration data of the Yichang City Grid Management Database was used,based on the stratified sampling method of the sampling frame in the grid region,the database of urban population was sampled by Structured Query Language( SQL) to form a sample library of healthy life expectancy survey. Results A total of 8460 respondents were drawn,8023 completed the whole survey. There was no statistics significance of age composition between the survey sample and population registered in urban grid of Yichang( χ2= 3. 01,P 0. 05). No age difference was observed in the survey sample( Myer' s Index = 5. 29/2 = 2. 65). Conclusion Stratified sampling method based on grid management is simple and efficient,which is suitable for similar large-scale investigation.
