柑橘降血脂活性成份及机理研究进展 被引量:4

Research progress of components and mechanism of hypolipidemic in citrus

摘要 柑橘果实营养丰富,富含维生素、类胡萝卜素、类黄酮、香豆素类等多种活性成分,具有重要的营养、保健和医药研究价值。高血脂症一种脂类代谢紊乱疾病,是动脉粥样硬化极为重要的危险因素,国内外通过大量的体外模型、活体动物、人体志愿者证实了柑橘果实具有降血脂活性。中国是柑橘生产及消费大国,国内柑橘功效研究与国外还有很大差距,本文搜集整理了国内外柑橘降血脂成分、试验研究进展,以期给今后的研究及应用提供理论依据。 Citrus are rich in bioactive substances,such as vitamins,carotenoids,flavonoids,coumarin and so on,it has important value on health and medical research value. Hyperlipidemia or hypercholesterolemia is an important risk factor for the development of atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease. Citrus fruits have been confirmed in the literature as potential blood cholesterol-lowering through a large number of in vitro models,living animals and volunteers. China is a big producer and consumer of citrus. However,a pronounced gap still exists as compared with the advanced research Hypolipemic in foreign countries. This article has collected and reviewed the lipid-lowering constituents and experimental research progress of citrus in China and abroad in order to provide theoretical basis for future research and application.
