快餐炸鸡中青霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素残留的检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解济宁市快餐店炸鸡中抗生素类药物的残留水平,加强人们对抗生素类药物残留危害的认识,监督畜牧养殖业抗生素的合理使用。方法应用ELISA法检测鸡肉中青霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素的残留量。结果 8份样本中,青霉素和氯霉素的残留量均符合我国规定的动物性食品中兽药最高残留限量要求,庆大霉素的残留量在(22.73~122.14)μg/kg之间,4份超过标准,残留率较高。结论济宁市相关部门应对合理使用畜牧养殖业抗生素进行科学指导和宣传,并加强对其的监督管理。 Objective To investigate the levels of antibiotics remantin in fast-food chicken restaurants in the city of Jining,strengthening people's the understanding of antibiotic drug residuing hazards and promoting the rational use of antibiotics in animal husbandry and aquaculture. Methods Using ELISA test to detect penicillin,chloramphenicol,gentamicin residues in chicken.Results In the 8 samples,penicillin and chloramphenicol residues are in accordance with the regulation of veterinary drugs in animal food maximum residue limits. But the residues of gentamicin is high,between( 22. 73-122. 14) μg/kg,in which the 4 copies is more than the standard. Conclusion The Jining relevant departments should promote and guide the rational use of animal husbandry and aquaculture antibiotics sciencetically,and strengthen the supervision and management of it.
