摘要
目的:系统评价某医院电子直线加速器应用项目对周围环境、辐射工作人员和公众的影响。方法:通过现场监测和合理估算得出结果,并具体参照相关国家标准进行评价。结果:电子直线加速器非工作状态下,治疗机房周围环境剂量当量率结果范围为53.8~79.7n Gy/h,处于当地天然放射性本底水平范围内;工作状态下,治疗机房周围环境剂量当量率结果范围为0.068~1.335μGy/h,低于《电子加速器放射治疗放射防护要求》(GBZ126-2011)的标准限值。结论:本项目电子直线加速器运行对工作人员和公众产生的影响符合标准限值要求,其对周围环境所产生的影响较小。
Objective:To evaluate the influence of the application project of electron linear accelerator on the environment, radiation workers and the public. Methods:The results were obtained by feld monitoring and reasonable estimation and evaluated according to national standards. Results:In the non-working condition of the electron linear accelerator, the range of the ambient dose equivalent rate of the treatment machine room was 53.8 - 79.7nGy/h, which was within the local natural radioactivity background level. In the working state, the results range of the ambient dose equivalent rate of the treatment machine room is 0.068 - 1.335μGy/h, which is lower than the standard limit of the radiation protection requirement of electron accelerator (gbz126-2011). Conclusion:The effect of the electron linear accelerator on the staff and the public is in accordance with the standard limit value, which has little effect on the surrounding environment.
