Discussion on impact assessment of acoustic environment during highway operation period

随着经济社会的快速发展,我国公路项目建设取得了显著成就,但在公路项目建成后的运营阶段产生的噪声、汽车尾气等通常会给周边的环境产生不利影响。因此,开展公路项目运营期环境影响评价,提前做好防治措施,能够有效降低项目对周边的环境影响,这对营造安全、环保、便捷、通畅的交通运输环境具有积极现实意义上。本文以声环境为例,就公路项目运营期声环境影响的预测模式与注意事项进行探讨,希望能够在一定程度上指导生产实践。

With the rapid development of economy and society, remarkable achievements have been made in each country’s highway project construction, but the noise and automobile exhaust generated during the operation stage after the completion of the highway project will have adverse effects on the surrounding environment. Therefore, to carry out the environmental impact assessment during the operation period of a highway project and to take preventive measures in advance can effectively reduce the impact of the project on the surrounding environment and create a safe, environmentally friendly, convenient and unobstructed transportation environment with positive practical signifcance. This article takes the acoustic environment as an example to discuss the acoustic environment impact prediction model and precautions during the operation period of the highway project to guide the practice.
