摘要
电感耦合等离子体质谱法具有灵敏度高、测定速率快等优点,可用于测定地表水中的痕量元素。本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法,有效测量地表水中多种痕量元素,经统计,结果表明:该方法测定结果准确,加标回收率高,可供地表水痕量元素测定参考。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP MS) has the advantages of high sensitivity and fast measuring rate, and can be used for the determination of trace elements in surface water. In this paper, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) is used to measure trace elements in surface water. The results show that the method is accurate and the recovery rate is high. It can be used for reference in the determination of trace elements in surface water.
