摘要 我国是一个人口大国,近年来随着国民经济的快速发展,我国城市化进程也在不断推进与发展,人们对自然资源进行大范围的开采与利用,工业活动不断增加,在促进社会经济发展的同时也加剧了环境的污染。如何改善大气环境已成为当前全世界面临的严峻问题,我国也在积极探索治理大气污染治理的办法与措施。本文针对节能减排对大气环境的影响,运行灰色预测法建立减排效果评价机制,对未来能源消费量与环境空气质量进行预估与分析。 China is a country with a large population. In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the process of urbanization in our country has been continuously advancing and developing. People have extensively exploited and utilized natural resources, industrial activities have been increasing, and social and economic development has been promoted. At the same time, it also exacerbates environmental pollution. How to improve the atmospheric environment is a serious problem facing the world at present. China is also actively exploring ways and measures to control atmospheric pollution. In view of the impact of energy conservation and emission reduction on the atmospheric environment, a grey forecasting method was established to establish an emission reduction effect evaluation mechanism and to estimate and analyze the future energy consumption and ambient air quality.
