Investigation and reflection on the socialization of environmental monitoring

环境监测社会化的主要目的是引导公众参与到环境监测工作中,通过社会力量的引入来促使环境监测工作可以向着更深层次的方向发展,从而提升其监测服务质量。但环境监测社会化的开展仍然存有许多不确定因素影响其实际推展进程,不利于环境监测的进一步发展及其社会化的推进,为此,本文针对其问题存在的根本因素并结合实际,提出制定可行性的改进对策。

The main purpose of environmental monitoring socialization is to guide the public to participate in the environmental monitoring work, and promote the environmental monitoring work to a deeper level through the introduction of social forces, so as to improve the monitoring service quality in practice. But the socialization of environmental monitoring carried out there are many uncertain factors affecting the actual implementation process, environmental monitoring is not conducive to the further development and social advancement, the fundamental factors must therefore exist for the problems according to the actual situation to formulate a feasible improvement measures.
