随着我国快速发展,为了解决日益突出的环境问题,我国越来越关注生态文明的建设,并紧跟党和国家的指挥,坚持以生态文明建设推动土地利用规划与环境保护规划的空间衔接,坚持"尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然"的生态文明理念。优化国土空间开发格局与加大自然生态系统和环境保护力度作为生态文明建设的两项基本内容,必须得到我们的重视。
