摘要
随着我国城镇化建设速度的加快,房地产开发建设项目蓬勃发展。由于其配套的环境保护设施(或者措施)没有与主体工程进行"三同时"建设,导致项目在实施过程中出现诸多环境问题。为此,本文作者结合自身多年环保工作经验,提出切实有效的对策与建议,期望以此推动环保工作,弥补此类项目建设全过程环保工作的空白。
With the acceleration of China’s urbanization construction, real estate development and construction projects are booming. Due to its supporting environmental protection facilities (or measures), there is no “three simultaneous” construction with the main project, resulting in many environmental problems in the project.Combining with years of experience in environmental protection, the author puts forward practical and effective countermeasures and Suggestions, which is expected to promote environmental protection work and make up for the gap of environmental protection work in the whole process of such projects.
