化工产业是社会经济发展过程中的重要产业,对于国民经济增长,便利人们日常生产生活具有十分重要的意义。积极编制出化工园区突发环境事件应急预案,将能够更好应对这些突发事件,最大限度的提升化工园区的安全性和可靠性。本文主要是从化工园区环境风险特点入手,针对化工园区突发环境事件应急预案编制结构的框架情况进行全面分析,并提出了一些应急预案编制的具体建议。

The chemical industry is an important industry in the process of social and economic development. It is of great signifcance for the growth of the national economy and the convenience of people’s daily production and life. In order to improve the safety and reliability of chemical industry park, the emergency plan of environmental emergencies in chemical industry park will be worked out. Based on the characteristics of environmental risk in chemical industry park, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the framework of the emergency preparedness of environmental emergencies in chemical industrial parks, and puts forward some specifc proposals for the preparation of emergency plans.
