摘要
卵形鲳鲹是三亚的主要养殖海水鱼类.本研究开发了12个新的多态性微卫星标记,并对三亚海域卵形鲳鲹的养殖群体和野生群体进行了遗传多态性分析和基因型与性状的关联分析.研究结果显示野生群体的平均Na、平均Ne、平均He及平均PIC值均较养殖群体高.微卫星位点中TO01、TO03和TO04等位点存在全长、体宽、体高和体质量的优势基因型.这些新开发的微卫星标记为卵形鲳鲹遗传结构和多态性分析、性状关联分析提供了分子资源.
Trachinotus ovatus is one of the major cultured marine fish species in Sanya. The genetic diversity and trait-marker association analysis were pefformed in the cultured and wild populations of Trachinotus ovatus by twelve newly developed microsatellite markers. The results showed that the average values of Na, Ne, He and PIC were higher in wild population than those in culturdd population. Genotypes of microsatellite associated with higher growth traits (full length, body width, body height and body weight) were found in markers of TO01, TO03 and TO04. These novel developed microsatellite markers are useful molecular resources for genetic structure and diversity analysis, and trait association analysis.
