The Psychological Process and Intervention Suggestion for Family Members Experiencing Crisis Events

自杀、自伤等校园危机事件是严重影响学生家属正常生活以及干扰学校教学秩序的威胁性事件。为更好地协助学校做好危机善后事宜以及帮助家属回归正常生活,了解危机事件家属的心理过程和特点是非常重要而且必要的。根据已有研究以及一些危机处理案例,总结了家属从遭遇危机到接受危机的一系列心理过程并给予心理学的解释,然后根据不同的心理阶段和个体差异方面,针对性地提出心理干预建议。

Campus crisis events such as suicide and self-injury seriously affect normal life of stu-dents＇families and schools. It is very important and necessary to understand the psychological processes and characteristics of the family members experiencing the crisis in order to better assist the school in the aftermath of the crisis and to help families return to normal life. Based on existing research and some cases of crisis management, the paper summarizes the processes and psychological interpretation of the families＇ and suggests psychological intervention according to the different stages of psychological and individual differences.
