摘要
《幼儿园园长专业标准》对园长提出了专业要求,而园长培训作为促进园长专业化的重要途径,其培训方式的选择对实现培训目标尤为关键。文章针对宁波市园长对不同培训方式的效用的认可度的调查,提出适合不同专业发展阶段园长的培训方式,以期起到增强培训效用的目的。
The principal’s professional level plays an inestimable role in the development of kindergarten. And the principal training is an important way to promote the professional development. Therefore, the choice of training methods is particularly crucial to achieve the training objectives. This article aims at the investigation of Ningbo kindergarten principals' recognition of the effectiveness of different training methods and puts forward the training methods suitable for the heads of different professional development stages with a view to enhancing the training effectiveness.
