摘要
培训课程是培训目标能否实现的重要的环节,课程内容的选择是否体现了园长的培训需求,是否组织得科学合理,直接关系到培训目标的实现。通过对宁波市骨干园长和普通园长的问卷调查,发现所有园长普遍对教育教学理念与管理艺术内容感兴趣,而对保教技能内容的关注度不高,而骨干园长和普通园长在科研技巧培训内容与励志性培训内容的选择上存在显著差异。为促进园长的专业成长,培训机构、教育行政部门要注重调动普通园长专业发展的积极性,适当增设教育教学理念与管理艺术培训内容,在园长发展的不同阶段以科研为抓手,激发两类园长专业发展的积极性。
A training course is an important link in the realization of a training goal. Whether the content of the course embodies the principal' s training needs, whether the organization is scientific and reasonable directly influences the training goal. Through a questionnaire survey of the principals in Ningbo kindergartens, the author finds that all the leaders are generally interested in the teaching idea and the content of the art of management, but not high on the content of the teaching skills, while the backbone chiefs have a significant choice in scientific research skills training and the content of encouragement. In order to promote the professional growth of the principals, the training institutions and the educational administration should pay attention to mobilizing the enthusiasm of the principals ’ professional development, appropriately adding educational and teaching ideas and the content of the management art training. In the different stages of the development of the leaders, scientific research is taken as a grasp to stimulate the enthusiasm of the two types of professional development of the leaders.
