The Construction of Punishment Removal System by the Way of Volunteer Service

学生违纪处分制度是高校学生管理的必要手段,但教育的根本目的是塑造人、发展人,进而促进学生健康人格的形成,因此违纪处分必须坚持处罚和教育并重的原则。根据习总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话精神,在高校实施"服务消过"处分解除制度,不仅可以引导、帮助违纪学生吸取教训,改正错误,真正实现"春风化雨、入脑入心",也贯彻落实了"以人为本、立德树人"的工作要求。

The punishment rule to disobedient students is a necessary means of college student management. But the basic purpose of education is to shape and develop people,and then to promote the development and perfection of students＇ personality. Therefore, disciplinary punishment must adhere to the principle of focusing on both punishment and education. According to the President Xi ＇s important speech at the National College Ideological and Political Work Conference, we come up with removal of punishment system by the way of volunteer service, which not only guides and helps students learn a lesson, correct the mistake to achieve the real goal of infiltration education, but also implementshumano r iented moral education.
