在国家大众创业、万众创新的背景下,国家对农业农村创业创新支持范围和力度越来越大,农民返乡创业创新热情高涨,创业人数越来越多、创新领域不断拓宽。但同时存在创业环境较差、返乡人员自身素质偏低、政策落实不到位等问题。未来应该从改善农民创业环境,加大对农民创业指导、构建保险保障机制等方面,不断推动农民创业创新。

Within the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the government provides increasing support for entrepreneurship and innovation in agriculture and rural areas. Due to this, highly enthusiastic farmers return home to start their own business, obviously characterized by the increasing number of entrepreneurs and constantly expanded field of innovation. However, at the same time, there were issues such as less desirable entrepreneurial environment, low quality ofpeasant workers and inadequate implementation of policies. In the future, the government should continue to encourage entrepreneurship and innovation in terms of improving the entrepreneurial environment, intensifying guidance on entrepreneurship, and building insurance protection mechanisms.
