一例顺铂联合培美曲塞治疗原发性恶性心包间皮瘤及文献分析

A case of cisplatin combined with pemetrexed treatment for primary malignant mesothelioma of the pericardium and literature analysis

原发性心包间皮瘤是一种极为罕见的预后较差的肿瘤,各年龄人群均可发生。本文报道1例表现为不稳定型心绞痛的原发性恶性心包间皮瘤患者。患者在接受手术后予顺铂联合培美曲塞化疗,7个月后死亡。组织学上主要呈椭圆形编织状排列的上皮样细胞团,细胞核深染。此类病例较少见,临床医生和病理学家认为其为一类可诊断的心包肿瘤。为发现这种罕见疾病的早期诊断方法,需要积累临床和病理诊断结果。

Primary pericardial mesothelioma is an extremely rare tumor with poor prognosis, which may occur at any age. The article reports a case of primary malignant mesothelioma of the pericardium presented as unstable angi- na pectoris. The patient received cisplatin and pemetrexed chemotherapy after surgery and died seven months later. His- tologically, the epithelioid cells arranged mainly in the shape of an ellipse are deeply stained. Such cases are rare and clinicians and pathologists believe that it is still a diagnostic pericardial tumor. Clinical and pathological diagnosis should be accumulated for the early diagnosis of this rare disease.
