目的探讨1例冠心病合并多种疾病患者的用药合理性。方法在1例冠心病合并多种疾病患者的治疗过程中,临床药师结合患者各项检查及诊疗经过,对患者用药进行分析,并为医生推荐合理化的治疗方案。结果临床药师可以协助医生制定最佳用药方案,体现了临床药师在实际工作中参与患者治疗的必要性。结论临床药师通过对病例进行分析,可积极帮助医生解决实际问题,做到个体化用药。

Objective To analyze the rationality of the drug use in a case of coronary heart disease complicated with various diseases. Methods Clinical pharmacists analyzed the medication for a patient with coronary heart disease and various diseases during the treatment, and recommended the rational therapeutic schedule to doctors according to the examination and diagnosis. Results Clinical pharmacists cooperated with doctors to perform the best therapeutic schedule, which fully embodied the necessity of work of clinical pharmacists in the medication of patients. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist can cooperate well with doctors to provide individualized pharmaceutical care for patients through the case analysis.
