静电吸附法在药学领域应用的研究进展

摘要 静电吸附法是仅靠物理作用而非化学手段的一种载药、修饰方法。近年来,静电吸附法在制剂载药、修饰递药载体及改变医药材料的表面性质等医药学领域得到了广泛的应用。本文就静电吸附法在载药、修饰及改性方面的研究进行综述,为进一步开发利用静电吸附法在医药领域的应用提供参考。 Electrostatic adsorption is a kind of drug loading and modifying method, which bases on physical function instead of chemical method. In recent years, electrostatic adsorption method has been widely used in the fields of medicine, such as drug loading, modification of drug carrier and changing the surface properties of medical materials. In this paper, the application of electrostatic adsorption method in drug loading and modification is reviewed, to provide a reference for the further development of electrostatic adsorption.
