李家塔煤矿综采308工作面回撤通道支护技术研究 被引量:9

摘要 在工作面末采期的回撤巷道围岩应力环境剧烈,回撤巷道由横纵向多条巷道组成,且各巷道围岩应力集中发生叠加影响,导致支护工程负担增加且维护困难。以李家塔煤矿308工作面回撤巷道支护问题为研究课题,展开理论分析、支护设计及其工程试验,提出308工作面动压影响下回撤巷道围岩体锚杆+锚索+双层金属网+底板喷混凝土的联合支护方案。通过现场工业试验表明,顶底板最大变形量在150~185 mm且两帮围岩变形在160~180 mm,支护效果满足回撤巷道安全稳定要求。 Based on the fierce surrounding rock stress in withdrawing roadway in the ending mining of the working face,including multiple horizontal-vertical roadway, the overlying stress led to the difficult support. The support problem of 308 withdraw roadway in Lijiata Mine was taken as study object, with theoretical analysis, support design and engineering experiment, the combined support technology of rock bolt + anchor cable + double deck metal mesh + floor spray concrete was put forward. The industrial experiment on the site showed that the maximum deformation of roof and floor was 150 -185 mm, the two sides surrounding rock deformation 160 - 180 mm, the support met the needs of safe withdrawing of the roadway.
