摘要
采用絮凝沉淀的预处理方法和生物处理方法,对摄影行业定影液和显影液的混和废水进行处理效果的研究。在混凝法预处理实验中,在提取银后的混合液中加入钙离子、聚合氯化铝和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺,考察了絮凝剂聚合氯化铝和阴离子聚丙烯酰胺是投加量及pH值对水样去除率的影响,结果表明,在氯化钙投加量为5 g/L,pH值为9(氧化钙的投加量为3g/L),5%聚合氯化铝投加量为40 m L/L,1‰阴离子聚丙烯酰胺投加量为50 m L/L的条件下,水样CODcr总去除率可达30%左右,盐分去除率达37%左右;通过厌氧+两级好氧法生物处理方法实验得出,在厌氧池停留时间为24 h,一级好氧池和二级好氧池均为6 h的条件下,水样CODcr总去除率可达70.46%左右,水样有机物浓度大大减少,危害大大降低。
The treatment effects of the fixing liquid developer mixed wastewater in the photographic industry were researched by using the pretreatment method and the biological treatment method of flocculation precipitation. During the pretreatment experiment of coagulation method, the mixture solution after silver extraction were pretreated by adding calcium ions, polyaluminum chloride and anionic polyacrylamide. When the dosage of calcium chloride is 5 g/L, the pH value is 9(calcium oxide dosage is 3 g/L), 5% polyaluminum chloride dosage of aluminum chloride is 40 mL/L, 1‰ of anion polyacrylamide is 50 mL/L, the total removal rate of water sample CODCrcould reach about 30%, the salt removal rate is about 37%. When the residence time in the anaerobic pool is 24 h, the first-grade aerobic pool and the secondary aerobic pool are all 6 h, the total removal rate of water sample CODCrcould reach about 70.46%. The concentration of water samples is greatly reduced and the harm is greatly reduced.
