摘要
为有效控制空巷围岩有害变形,实现工作面回采期间安全通过空巷区域,针对皇联煤矿3300综放工作面空巷顶板冒落、围岩破碎等问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和工业性试验等方法,对空巷围岩控制问题进行研究,提出了墩柱式空巷充填技术,并进行现场应用,结果表明:采用墩柱式充填对空巷顶底板进行支撑,能有效控制空巷围岩变形,保障了工作面安全、高效、快速通过空巷区域,与单体液压支柱支护空巷相比,墩柱式充填具有极大的经济优势。
In order to effectively control the harmful deformation of the surrounding rock and achieve the safety of the working face during through the abandoned roadway area, based on the problem of abandoned roof caving surrounding rock fragmentation and other issues in Huanglian Mine 3300 fully mechanized caving face, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test were applied to study the problem of abandoned roadway surrounding rock controlling, pier column filling technology was put forward with field application. The results showed that using pier column filling technology could support the roof and effectively control the rock deformation, which ensured the safe, efficient and fast mining in the abandoned roadway. Pier column filling had the absolute economic advantage when compared with the hydraulic pillar supporting.
