传统的树脂类接触式皮带清扫器长时间运行易磨损,清扫不当容易引起皮带跑偏、打滑和皮带撕裂等现象。针对这些问题,分析了传统清扫器弊端产生的原因,提出了风动清扫器并论述其原理,该装置皮带清扫效果较好,免维护,可避免设备磨损的问题,对提高矿井运输系统的稳定性具有较好的辅助作用。
