舒适护理在显微手术治疗胶质瘤手术室护理中的应用价值

The application value of comfortable nursing in microsurgery for glioma

目的探究舒适护理在显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤手术室护理中的应用价值。方法我院接受脑胶质瘤显微手术患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例,对照组予以常规护理,试验组予以舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组患者T2时的收缩压、IL-6水平、皮质醇水平及T3、T4时的IL-6水平、皮质醇水平与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);试验组患者护理干预之后的SAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤患者的手术室护理中应用舒适护理干预的效果较好,具有很好的推广价值。

Objective To explore the application value of comfortable nursing in microsurgery for glioma. Methods Sixty patients with gliomas were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （30 patients in each group）. Routine microsurgery was performed in both groups. Routine operating room care was given to the control group. Routine operating room care and comfortable nursing were given to the experimental group. The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In experimental group, the levels of systolic blood pressure, IL-6 level, eortisol level and IL-6 level and cortisol level in T2 group and T4 group were significantly high- er than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The values of SAS scores and SDS scores in the experimental group were signif- icantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the nursing satisfaction （93.33%） in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （66.67%）, （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing intervention in operation room for microsurgery for glioma has better effect, and it has popularization value.
