异步悬灌转体梁精确合龙施工关键技术 被引量:2

摘要 结合已经成功实施转体的杭黄铁路扬之水特大桥连续梁施工过程,就该类型桥梁转体施工以及异步悬灌合龙精度控制的过程进行施工总结,重点对测量监控、梁体的称重与配重、球铰安装、转动作业控制、梁体姿态调整与定位等关键工序进行了介绍,过程采取的工艺方法满足设计和施工要求,现场采集的数据值与理论计算值吻合较好,精度值满足规范和验收标准,证明了施工过程采取的方案措施可行。 According to the continuous beam construction process of Yangzhishui Super-large Bridge in Hangzhou-Huanghai Railway which has been successfully implemented, the rotating technologies and closure precision control are summarized about the asynchronous cantilever-concreting bridge. The emphases are laid on the measurement monitoring, weighing and setting weight, installing ball hinge, turning operation control, adjusting the beam posture and positioning and other key processes. The technology adopted in the process satisfies the design and construction requirements. The data collected at the scene is well agreed with the theoretical calculation values, and the accuracy values meet the specification and acceptance criteria. It is proved that the construction process is feasible.
