深圳市一般人群血液中铜铁锌等6种微量元素调查 被引量:6

Levels of Cu, Fe, Zn, Se, Co and Mo in blood of general population in Shenzhen

摘要 目的研究深圳市一般人群全血中铜、铁、锌、硒、钴、钼含量及人群分布特点。方法于2016年6月通过多阶段整群随机抽样抽取深圳市罗湖区和宝安区常住居民共2 160名(0~59岁),采集其肘静脉血并登记基本信息;应用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)检测全血中铜、铁、锌、硒、钴、钼6种微量元素的含量。结果深圳市一般人群血液中铜、铁、锌、硒、钴、钼6种微量元素含量的中位数(M)分别是778.24μg/L、497.97 mg/L、6.36 mg/L、153.44μg/L、0.20μg/L、0.86μg/L;血液中铜、铁、锌、硒、钴5种微量元素的含量有性别差异(P<0.05),其中铁、锌和硒在男性血液中含量高于女性,而铜和钴在女性血液中含量高于男性。一般人群血液中铜、铁、锌、硒、钴、钼6种微量元素含量在不同年龄组间的分布差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深圳市一般人群血液中铜、铁、锌、硒、钴、钼6种微量元素在不同年龄、性别间存在不同程度的差异,锌与硒含量高于全国平均水平。 Objective To konw the levels of copper, iron, zinc, selenium, cobalt and molybdenum in blood of general population in Shenzhen. Methods A total of 2 160 volunteers aged 0-60 in Luohu and Baoan district of Shenzhen were selected as the general populations to collect venous blood samples and register basic information in June 2016. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was. used to determine copper, iron, zinc, selenium, cobalt and molybdenum in whole blood. Results The medians of copper, iron, zinc, selenium, cobalt and molybdenum were 778.24μg/L, 497.97μg/L, 6.36μg/L, 153.44μg/L, 0.20μg/L and 0.86μg/L respectively. Significant diffrenees in levels of copper, iron, zinc, selenium and cobalt in blood were seen between male and female, higher levels of iron, zinc and selenium,lower levels copper and cobalt in blood were found in males compared with those in females (P〈0.05).The distribution of six trace elements in blood was different among different age groups in the general population (P〈0.05). Conclusion Age-specific and gender differences exist in levels of Cu, Fe, Zn, Se, Co and Mo in blood of general population in Shenzhen, and Zn and Se levels are higher than the national average levels.
