摘要
介绍了一种针对半空心铝型材的一模四孔保护式挤压模结构。详细描述了这种新的结构的有关参数的确定,主要包括模具结构的组成、分流孔的设计、下模焊合室结构与工作带的选择等。新的结构打破了传统的由二件组成的结构,而采用了由三件组成的形式。介绍了模具强度的校核方法。并根据挤压结果,对传统的普通分流模、单孔切割式分流模、一模双孔切割式分流模和新的一模四孔保护式分流模结构进行了比较。这种新的一模四孔分流模结构具有结构简单、便于加工的特点。实践表明,这种挤压半空心型材新的一模四孔分流模结构,可以大幅度提高挤压机的挤压生产效率,并可显著提高模具的寿命,挤压的铝型材尺寸精度高,表面光亮,是一种值得推广的结构。
A new porthole die with four cavities for semi-hollow A1 profiles was presented. Through a practical case, the determination of parameters for the new structure was de- scribed, mainly including the structure composition, the design of portholes, the structure of the chamber in the female die and the selection of the bearing. The new structure is made up of three parts in place of two pieces in the traditional structure. A method was introduced to check the die strength. The structure of the traditional porthole die in a common mode, the cutting type of the porthole die with a single cavity and twin cavities and the protection type of four cavities were compared according to the extrusion results. The structure with four cav- ities proves to he simple and easy to fabricate. The practical application shows that the new structure can greatly improve the efficiency of the extrusion machine and significantly prolong the die life. Furthermore, high precision and surface brightness of profiles are obtained. The structure is worth of promoting.
