东营广利港管廊防水设计与施工应用技术

摘要 东营广利港管廊项目原防水设计为Ⅱ级防水,采用2 mm厚非固化防水涂料,后经讨论更改为Ⅰ级防水,材料更改为2.0 mm厚非固化防水涂料加一层2.0 mm厚自粘聚合物改性沥青防水卷材。本文介绍了该管廊工程底板、侧墙、顶板的防水施工工艺和桩头、穿墙管等细部节点防水做法。 Grade Ⅱ waterproofing was designed for utility tunnel of Guangli Port in Dongying, and non-curing waterproofing coating of 2 mm thickness was to be applied. After discussion the waterproofing was changed to Grade I, and materials are changed to non-curing waterproofing coating plus one layer of 2.0 mm thick polymer modified bituminous self-adhesive waterproofing membrane. The article introduces the waterproofing technology for the floor plates, side walls, and ceiling plates, and waterproofing practices for pile head, wall-through pipe and other details.
