微生态制剂通过提高肠道屏障功能改善蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究微生态制剂是否可以通过改善蛋鸡肠道屏障功能从而影响蛋鸡的生产性能和蛋品质。采用单因素试验设计,选取41周龄产蛋率相近,体重差异不显著的健康海兰灰蛋鸡288只,按体重相近原则随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。分别在基础日粮中添加0、25、50 g/t和100 g/t的微生态制剂。饲养试验为期10周,预试期2周,正试期8周。结果表明:(1)与处理1组相比,日粮中添加25、50、100 g/t微生态制剂,均可不同程度提高蛋鸡生产性能;50、100 g/t微生态制剂,平均产蛋率分别提高了1.67%(P<0.05)和1.66%(P<0.05)。(2)与处理1组相比,微生态制剂添加量为50、100 g/t时,蛋清含水量分别降低了2.34%(P<0.05)、2.41%(P<0.05),蛋黄含水量分别降低了5.27%(P<0.05)、5.56%(P<0.05),蛋清中蛋白质含量分别提高了8.99%(P<0.05)、8.45%(P<0.05);50 g/t时,蛋黄中蛋白质含量显著提高了4.45%(P<0.05)。(3)与处理1组相比,微生态制剂的添加量为25、50、100 g/t时,血清D-乳酸含量分别显著降低了9.51%(P>0.05)、20.11%(P<0.05)和18.28%(P<0.05),血清二胺氧化酶含量分别显著降低了4.68%(P>0.05)、11.87%(P<0.05)和9.95%(P>0.05)。(4)不同添加量微生态制剂均可显著提高空肠紧密连接蛋白occludin和ZO-1 m RNA相对表达水平(P<0.05),且表达量随着添加梯度的增加而依次增加。(5)基于SPSS软件相关性分析可知,肠道通透性指标、紧密连接蛋白与蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质存在协同作用。由此可见,不同添加量微生态制剂可降低肠道黏膜通透性,上调紧密连接蛋白m RNA表达量,提高小肠屏障功能,获得良好的蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质。 To investigate whether probioties can influence the production performance and egg quality via improving the intestinal barrier function of laying hens. Single factor test design, 288 healthy 41- week-old Hy-Line grey layers, no significant difference in body weight, according to the principle of close weight were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 6 replicates of 12 hens in each. The diets were formulated by adding probioties on the basal diet: 0, 25, 50 g/t and 100 g/t probioties. The feeding test lasted for 10 weeks, while the pre-period was 2 weeks, and the trial period was 8 weeks. Results showed that: ①Compared with group 25, 50 g/t and 100 g/t probioties improved the pro-duction performance; 50 g/t and 100 g/t probio- ties increased the average egg laying rates by 1.67% (P〈0.05) and 1.66% (P〈0.05), respectively. ② Different dosage of probioties improved the egg quality by different degree; compare with group 1, water content of egg white and yolk decreased by 2.34%(P〈0.05), 2.41%(P〈0.05), and 5.27%(P〈0.05), 5.56%(P〈0.05), respectively. The protein content of egg white increased by 8.99%(P〈0.05) and 8.45%(P〈0.05), respectively; when adding 50 g/t probioties, protein content of yolk increased by 4.45%(]?〈0.05). ③Compare with group 1, the content of D- lactate in serum decreased by 9.51%(P〉0.05), 20.11%(P〈0.05) and 18.28% (P〈0.05), respectively. And the concentration of diamine oxidase in serum decreased by 4.68%, 11.87%(P〈0.05) and 9.95%, respectively. When adding 25, 50 g/t and 100 g/t probioties. ④Different doses of probioties increased the mRNA expression of the tight junction protein(P〈0.05): occludin and ZO-1 in jejuna, and the ex- pression level increased with the increase of the dosage. ⑤Based on SPSS correlation analysis, the in- testinal permeability and the tight junction protein were significantly correlated with the production per- formance and the egg quality of laying hens. Therefore, different dosage of probioties can reduce the intestinal mucosal permeability, upregulate the mRNA expression of the tight junction protein, improve the intestinal barrier function, and achieve good production performance and egg quality of laying hens.
