摘要
脂肪是一种鱼类必需的营养物质,对鱼类生长、发育以及新陈代谢过程中起着至关重要的作用。当饲料中脂肪含量适宜时,具有节约蛋白质需要量的作用。当饲料脂肪水平过高或过低时,对鱼类健康会产生一定影响。本文在查阅国内外相关文献报道的基础上,阐述了饲料脂肪水平对鱼类生长性能、抗氧化能力、消化酶活力、脂肪代谢酶活力及脂肪酸组成等方面的影响,旨在为研究鱼类营养需求提供基础资料,为合理优化饲料配方及鱼类健康养殖提供参考。
Lipid is an essential nutrient for fish, it plays a vital role in the growth, development and metabolism of fish. When the feed lipid level is suitable, it can reduce or save the protein in the feed. When the feed lipid level is too high or too low, the healthy cultivation of fish will be impacted. In this paper, growth, antioxidantie activities, digestive enzyme activity, fat metabolism enzyme activity and fatty acid composition of fish were discussed in detail, in order to discuss the influence of feed lipid level. It can provide data for nutrient requirement of fish, optimize the formulated diets of fish and provide reference to the healthy cultivation.
