摘要
为探讨金针菇菇脚(flammulina velutipes stem base,FVS)对肉鸡生长性能、肠道发育及挥发性脂肪酸(volatile fatty acid,VFA)的影响,进行试验。试验选用4 550只1 d爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组7个重复。在21 d和42 d,每个重复选择3只肉鸡屠宰并取样,分别测量肉鸡平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比等生长性能,十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠的长度、重量,并利用气相色谱法测量盲肠VFA浓度。结果显示:与空白组相比,6%FVS阶段组肉鸡平均日增重显著增加;2%FVS、4%FVS组和6%FVS组的平均日采食量显著降低;4%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组料重比显著降低。与空白组相比,21 d 4%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组十二指肠长度显著增加;6%FVS阶段组十二指肠重量显著增加;6%FVS阶段组空肠长度和重量均显著增加;2%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组回肠重量显著增加;2%FVS组和4%FVS组盲肠重量显著增加。与空白组相比,42 d 2%FVS、4%FVS组和6%FVS组十二指肠长度显著增加;4%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组十二指肠重量显著增加,6%FVS阶段组空肠重量显著增加;4%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组回肠长度显著增加;6%FVS阶段组回肠重量显著增加;4%FVS组盲肠长度显著增加;2%FVS、4%FVS组和6%FVS组盲肠重量显著增加。与空白组相比,21 d2%FVS、4%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组盲肠食糜乙酸和丙酸含量显著增加,各FVS组盲肠食糜丁酸含量均显著增加;42 d 2%FVS、4%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组盲肠食糜乙酸、丙酸和丁酸含量均显著增加。与空白组相比,21 d 4%FVS组和6%FVS阶段组盲肠食糜pH值显著降低;42 d 4%FVS组和6%FVS组盲肠食糜pH值显著降低。以上结果表明,日粮中添加FVS可提高肉鸡生长性能,促进肠道发育,提高盲肠食糜VFA含量,降低盲肠食糜pH值,有利于肠道健康。
The present study was undertaken to investigate the effects of fiammulina velutipes stem base (FVS) on growth performance, intestinal development and volatile fatty acids (VFA) in broilers. 4 550 1 d AA broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The growth performance, intestine length, intestine weight and VFA content of layers were detected. The resuhs show that the average daily gain of 6% FVS stage group was significantly higher, the average daily feed intake of 2% FVS group, 4% FVS group and 6% FVS group was significantly lower, and the feed weight gain ratio of 2% FVS group, 4% FVS group and 6% FVS stage group was signifieantly lower eompared with control group. At 21 d, the duodenum length of 4% FVS group and 6% FVS stage group was signifieantly higher, the duodenum weight and the jejunum length and weight of 6% FVS stage group were significantly higher, the ileum weight of 2% FVS group and 6% FVS stage group was significantly higher, and the cecum weight of 2% FVS group and 4% FVS group was significantly higher compared with control group. At 42 d, the duodenum length and cecum weight of 2% FVS group, 4% FVS group and 6% FVS group were significantly higher, the duodenum weight of 2% FVS group, 4% FVS group and 6% FVS stage group was significantly higher, the jejunum and ileum weight of 6% FVS stage group were significantly higher, the ileum length of 4% FVS group and 6% FVS stage group was significantly high- er, and the cecum length of 4% FVS group was significantly higher compared with control group. At 21 d, the acetic acid and propionic acid content of 2% FVS group, 4% FVS group and 6% FVS group were significantly higher, and the butyric acid content of FVS groups was significantly higher compared with control group. At 42 d, the acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid content of 2% FVS group, 4% FVS group and 6% FVS group were significantly higher than control group. At 21 d, the pH values of 4% FVS group and the 6% FVS stage group was significantly lower than control group. At 42 d, the pH values of 4% FVS group and the 6% FVS group was significantly lower than control group.In conclusion, adding FVS to diet could improve the growing performance, promote the intestinal development, increase the VFA content, and decrease the pH value.
