城镇化进程对区域科技创新水平的影响 被引量:28

Influences on regional technological innovation level by urbanizaiton progress

摘要 基于省级面板数据,选取科技创新投入和科技创新产出等8项指标,利用改进熵值法对30个省份的区域科技创新水平进行了测度。在此基础上,借鉴Kaya恒等式,利用LMDI分解法实证分析了城镇化进程对区域科技创新水平变化的影响。结果显示:观测期内各省份的科技创新水平均有显著的提高,但东部地区的科技创新水平要明显地高于其他地区;从全国整体来看,城镇化进程对我国科技创新水平呈正向促进作用,但其并不是主要的驱动因素,相比之下城镇化因素中贡献最大的是人口城镇化;从不同地区来看,东部和中部地区科技创新水平变化的主要贡献因素是人口城镇化,但东部的整体影响较弱;西部的主要贡献因素是人口城镇化和空间城镇化,并且城镇化因素的总体效应超过了非城镇化因素,是促进区域科技创新水平变化的主要因素;东北地区科技创新水平变化的主要贡献因素则是空间城镇化。 Based on the provincial panel data of 2003 - 2014, this essay selects eight indicators of scientific and techno- logical innovation input and scientific and technological innova- tion output, and uses the improved Entropy Method to calculate the level of regional scientific and technological innovation of the 30 provinces. On this basis, the Kaya Identity and the LMDI Decomposition Method are used to analyze the influences of ur- banization on the change of regional science and technology inno- vation level. The results show that: during the observation peri- od, the level of scientific and technological innovation in China' s provinces has been significantly improved, but the level of re- gional scientific and techno!ogical innovation in the East is sig- nificantly higher than that in other regions. The urbanization process has a positive influence on the change of science and technology innovation level in China, but it is not the main driv- ing factor. Population urbanization is the most important factor in the factors of urbanization. From different regions, the main contribution of urbanization factors in the Eastern and Central re- gions of the scientific and technological innovation is the popula- tion urbanization, but the overall effect of the Eastern region is weak. The main contribution of the West is the population ur- banization and the space urbanization, and the overall influences of urbanization factors is more than the non - urbanization fac- tors, which is the main driving factor for the change of regional science and technology innovation level. The main contribution factor of the change of science and technology innovation level in Northeast is the space urbanization.
