构建有效的高校创新创业生态系统——制度安排与动力机制

The architecture of an effective university innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem:Institutional arrangement and key drivers

本文以国际上在创新创业生态体系方面处于引领地位的英国帝国理工学院为例,分析以高校为核心的双创生态系统的核心要素,将中观层面的创新创业生态系统理论与微观层面的创业企业理论相结合,首次从创业人才培育、创业机会实现、创业资源配置三个细分维度深入探讨中观层面的生态系统如何在微观层面成功地作用于创业企业,提出构建有效的高校双创生态系统的理论模型。

This study examines the key components and mechanisms of university-based entrepreneurship and innovation（ EI） ecosystem,though an in-depth case study of the EI system of Imperial College London. Drawing from theories of entrepreneurial process,we investigate how system-level factors influence micro-level innovation and entrepreneurship activities in three aspects –the education of talents,the creation of opportunities,and the supply of resources. Based on the analysis we develop a theoretical framework of institutional arrangement and key drivers of an effective university EI system.
