摘要
为研究水分对植物绝缘油浸纸板击穿特性的影响,分别制备了含水量为0.3%~7.0%的植物绝缘油浸纸板试样和矿物绝缘油浸纸板试样,对比分析了两种油浸纸板在不同含水量下的击穿特性。从电导率、介质损耗因数以及电场分布3个方面分析得出水分对植物绝缘油浸纸板击穿特性的影响规律。结果表明:当植物绝缘油浸纸板含水量高于4.0%时,其电导率和介质损耗因数急剧增加,电气强度迅速下降;电气强度与电导率和介质损耗因数呈负相关,并且水分对其击穿特性的影响存在阈值效应。
In order to study the effect of moisture on the breakdown characteristics of vegetable insulating oil-impregnated pressboard, vegetable insulating oil-impregnated pressboards and mineral insulating oil-impregnated pressboards with moisture contents ranging from 0.3% to 7.0% were prepared respective- ly, and their breakdown characteristics were comparatively analyzed. The influences of moisture content on vegetable insulating oil-impregnated pressboard were obtained from the analysis of conductivity, dielec- tric loss factor, and electric field distribution. The results show that when the moisture content of the veg- etable insulating oil-impregnated pressboard is higher than 4.0%, the conductivity and dielectric loss factor increase sharply, while the electrical strength decreases rapidly; the electrical strength is negatively correlated with the conductivity and dielectric loss factor, and moisture has the threshold effect on the breakdown characteristic.
