摘要
永磁电机的气隙磁密决定了电机能量转换的能力,直接影响着电机的工作特性。针对表贴式永磁同步电机,分别应用傅里叶级数展开的计算方法和Ansoft有限元软件,对径向充磁和平行充磁的两种结构,进行了气隙磁密的分析,以及气隙磁密波形和反电动势波形的仿真。通过对比分析可知,理论计算与仿真分析结果非常接近。采用的方法可以准确得出永磁电机的气隙磁密,对表贴式永磁同步电机的优化设计以及电磁特性分析等具有一定的参考价值。
The air gap flux density of the permanent magnet motor determines the energy conversion of the motor, which directly affects the working performance of the motor. In this paper, the air gap flux density of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor was calculated based on Fourier series calculation method and finite element software Ansoft. And then the air gap flux density waveform and back EMF wave form in the radial direction and par- allel magnetization permanent magnet were obtained through Ansoft. Through contrastive analysis, the results are as same as those of calculation results and simulation results. The air gap flux density of permanent magnet motor can be obtained accurately by this method. The analytical field solutions provide a basis for design optimization and analysis of electromagnetic characteristics.
