激振阀振动特性的研究

摘要 针对传统电液激振系统需外加复杂伺服控制系统调节激振频率的问题,提出了一种插装式激振阀。根据激振阀的工作原理建立了激振阀的数学模型和仿真模型,分析了各参数对激振阀振动特性的影响,并通过实验验证了实验结果与仿真结果变化趋势的一致性。研究结果表明:激振阀的激振频率随节流孔直径、二通插装阀的面积比、系统工作压力的增大而增大。简化了激振阀的调频方式,通过调节系统工作压力和节流孔直径可调节激振阀的激振频率。 A new cartridge excitation valve is proposed for the problem that the traditional electro - hydraulic ser- vo system uses the complex servo control system to adjust the excitation frequency. Accord/rag to the working principle of the excitation valve, the mathematical model and simulation model of the excitation valve were established. The in- fluence of the parameters on the vibration characteristics of the excitation valve was analyzed, and the variation trend of experiment results consists with that of the simulation results by experiences. The results show that the excitation frequency increases with the increasing of the diameter of orifice, the area ratio of the two - way cartridge valve and the working pressure. The frequency regulation mode is simple, and adjusting the diameter of the orifice and the working pressure can regulate the excitation frequency of excitation.
