摘要 在无刷直流电机控制过程中,传统的PID控制策略在针对控制非线性、时变、耦合及参数和结构不确定的复杂过程时,多存在着控制参数选取困难、系统控制快速性差及稳定性差等难点问题,使应用受到了一定限制。针对上述问题提出基于改进遗传优化算法的无刷直流电机模糊PID稳定性控制方法。详细阐述了遗传算法的相关原理,在模糊PID控制的基础上,运用改进的遗传算法对控制器参数进行了优化,使达到良好地控制效果。研究结果显示,经改进算法优化设计后,利用稳定性控制器进行无刷直流电机模糊PID控制,可以减少阶跃响应时间,降低控制稳态误差。结论表明,稳定性控制器加强了控制过程的稳定性能,满足无刷直流电机在实际应用中的控制需求。 In the process of controlling brushless DC motor, there are many difficult problems in the existing con- trol strategies for complex nonlinear or time - varying or coupling systems and uncertain parameters structure, such as the difficulty of selecting control parameters of systems and the shortcoming of high speed and stability of systems, which makes its application be limited. A fuzzy PID stability control method for brushless DC motor based on im- proved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the above problem. The principle of genetic algorithm was described in detail, and the optimization process for controlling the improved genetic algorithm based on the fuzzy PID control method was also describes, which achieved good control effect. The results show that after the optimal designing of improved algorithm, using the stability controller to control the Brushless DC Motor System can reduce the step re- sponse time and the steady - state error. The results indicate that the stability controller can strengthen the stability of the control process, and can meet the control requirements in the practical application of brushless DC motor.
