摘要
ITER是一个国际合作的磁约束核聚变装置,其变电站安全运行至关重要。在设计变电站高压避雷器参数时,考虑到避雷器作为变电站过电压保护的设备,需要综合考虑参数的设计裕量和避雷器的保护性能。本文首先对该400 kV避雷器选型设计进行了详细的介绍,并给出了具体的设计参数,包括避雷器的额定电压和持续运行电压等。在此基础上,对影响避雷器短路性能关键参数进行了分析,并依据避雷器国际标准IEC60099-4具体要求,在德国的曼海姆试验室对该避雷器进行了短路验证,试验结果表明,该避雷器通过了短路试验,压力释放的能力满足技术指标的要求。
As a magnetic confinement fusion device, it is essential for ITER substation can operate safely. During the design of the parameters of the 400kV surge arrester in PPEN substation, considering the arrester as the equipment of the substation over-vohage protection, it is necessary to consider both the design margin of the parameters and the protection performance. Firstly, the selection design of the 400 kV arrester is introduced in detail, and the specific design parameters are given, which include the rated voltage and continuous running voltage of the arrester. On this basis, the key parameters that affect the performance of arrester short circuit are analyzed, , the key parameters of short-circuited performance will have been researched. And according to the arrester international standard IEC60099-4 specific requirements, the short-circuited test for 400 kV surge arrester has been implemented in the Mannheim laboratory in German. The test results show that the arrester has passed the short-circuit test and the pressure release capability meets the technical requirements.
