雾霾天气下动车组车顶绝缘子积污特性研究 被引量:9

Study on the Contamination Characteristics of Roof Insulator of Locomotive under Frog-Haze Condition

摘要 动车组高速运行过程中车顶绝缘子周围产生的高速气流影响其表面积污规律。为了在实验室中模拟雾霾天气对车顶绝缘子的污闪特性影响,研究了不同空气质量指数(AQI)条件下在网运行动车组车顶高压隔离开关绝缘子表面积污特性,并进行分析比较。试验结果表明:不同AQI条件下,绝缘子伞裙表面等值盐密(ESDD)及灰密(NSDD)均出现在绝缘子中上部伞裙,不同伞裙表面污秽分布具有一定的波动性;除底部伞裙外,其余伞裙上表面ESDDE及NSDD均大于下表面;伞裙表面积污量与AQI呈正相关,其中AQI对ESDD的影响较显著。 When China high-speed railway(CHR) operations can produce high speed airflow around the roof insulator that can affect contamination laws. In order to simulate influence of frog-haze condition on the flashover characteristics of the roof insulator of CHR in laboratory, the surface contamination characteristics of the insulators of high voltage disconnecting switchgear on the roof of CHR under different air quality indexes (AQI) are studied, and analyzed and compared. The experiments results show that: under different AQI conditions, the maximum value of equivalent salt deposit density (ESDD) and non soluble deposit density (NSDD) are present at the middle and upper sheds of insulators, and the contamination of different sheds have a certain volatility. Except the bottoms sheds of insulator, the contamination quantity of ESDD and NSDD on up surface are higher than down surface of insulator. There is a positive correlation between the surface area of the shed and the AQI, which AQI influence on ESDD more significantly.
