摘要 采用球窝联接的绝缘子串在受到垂直拉力和水平方向的作用力时,脚球会在帽窝中发生滑动或倾斜,在GB/T 4056-2008《绝缘子串元件的球窝连接尺寸》中,将因滑动或倾斜造成的钢脚轴线与铁帽轴线的夹角分别命名为α角与β角。用图解法分别求出各联接α角与β角的最大值与最小值,发现当其余尺寸不变时,脚球上表面圆弧(r_1)和帽腔上表面圆弧(R_1)的增加将导致α角减小;锁紧销厚度增加,帽窝空间变小,β角随之变小,帽耳高度H_3的增大将导致β角变小,β角的大小与帽耳高度呈非线性变化。 The pin ball will slide or tilt in the socket when the insulator string that using the coupling of ball and socket suffer vertical force and horizontal force. In the GB/T 4056-2008 Dimensions of ball and socket couplings of string insulator units, the α is the angle of cap's axis and pin's axis caused by sliding, the angle of cap's axis and pin's axis caused by tilting is the β. Getting the maximum and minimum value of α and β respectively with graphic method. It is found that the increasing of pin ball's top surface(r1) and socket's top surface(R1) will lead the α to decrease when the rest of sizes are constant; The increasing of R-clip's thickness will make socket minish and β decrease. If the H3 increase, the β will also decrease, the relationship between them is not linear.
