±800 kV楚穗直流棒形悬式复合绝缘子运行性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了对楚穗直流棒形悬式复合绝缘子的运行性能进行监测和研究,从而为评估现场运行棒形悬式复合绝缘子的特性和状态提供指导。本文对5支从线路上取下的棒形悬式复合绝缘子进行了试验研究,主要包括红外测温、憎水性试验、伞裙材料试验、水煮及陡波试验、工频电压耐受试验、密封性能测试和机械耐受及破坏试验。研究结果表明:在楚穗直流已经运行了6年的棒形悬式复合绝缘子的电气性能和机械性能均保持良好,但是整体憎水性保持情况一般,并且有不同程度的温升现象发生。对于异常温升和憎水性下降的样品区域,建议加强红外温升巡检以及再抽样检测研究,本文研究结果对日后棒形悬式复合绝缘子相关运行性能的研究提供了参考。 To study and monitor the operating performance of rod suspension composite insulators of Chu-Sui DC, and provide guidance for the assessment of site characteristics and the state of rod suspension composite insulators. This paper studied 5 rod suspension composite insulators which are removed from the DC line, including infrared temperature measurement, water repellency test, sheds material testing, boiled and steep wave test, power frequency voltage withstand test, sealing performance test and mechanical resistance and destruction test. The results show that: the electrical and mechanical properties of rod suspension composite insulators which has been running for 6 years are good, but the overall situation is generally hydrophobic maintained, and there are different degrees of temperature rise phenomenon. For the region of the sample of abnormal temperature rise and fall of the hydrophobic, it is recommended to strengthen the infrared temperature inspection and re-sampling study. This paper's findings provide a reference of the study of related performance of rod suspension composite insulators in the future.
