正交试验优化高效氯氟氰菊酯微胶囊的制备工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of the Preparation Technology of Lambda-cyhalothrin Microcapsule by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 [目的]针对高效氯氟氰菊酯现有剂型使用中存在的问题,制备性能优异的微胶囊。[方法]以聚丁二酸丁二醇酯为壁材,二氯甲烷为溶剂,聚乙烯醇为乳化剂,通过溶剂挥发法制备高效氯氟氰菊酯微胶囊。采用L9(34)正交试验优化得到PBS用量、二氯甲烷用量、PVA用量以及剪切时间的最优组合。[结果]在0.2%PBS、20%二氯甲烷、3%PVA、剪切时间3 min的最佳制备工艺条件下,高效氯氟氰菊酯微胶囊平均粒径为8.33μm,包封率为66.31%,基本呈规则球形,并具有良好的缓释性能。[结论]正交试验可以快速准确优化工艺参数,溶剂蒸发法制备的微胶囊外形好,缓释效果显著,有利于高效氯氟氰菊酯的安全、有效使用。 [Aims] To prepare microcapsules with excellent performances in view of the problems in the existing formulations of lambda-cyhalothrin. [Methods] Microcapsules loaded with lambda-cyhalothrin were prepared by solvent evaporation method, using polybutylene succinate as wall material, methylene chloride as solvent and polyvinyl alcohol as emulsifier. The optimal combination of the amount of PBS, the amount of methylene chloride, the amount of PVA and the shearing time was obtained by orthogonal experiment L9( 34). [ Results ] The lambda-cyhalothrin microcapsule has average particle size of 8.33 μm, regular spherical shape and excellent sustained-release properties,which was prepared under the conditions of 0.2% PBS, 20% methylene chloride and 3% PVA with the shearing time of3 min. [Conclusions] The orthogonal experiment is able to quickly and accurately optimize the process parameters, and the microcapsule prepared by the solvent evaporation method has excellent appearance and prominent sustained-release properties, which is beneficial to effective and safe use of lambda-cyhalothrin.
