利用QuEChERS-GC-ECD法测定2,4-滴异辛酯在土壤中的残留及消解 被引量:4

Determination of 2,4-D Isooctyl Ester Residues in Soil and Dissipation Process in Soil by QuEChERS-GC-ECD

摘要 [目的]建立一种检测土壤中2,4-滴异辛酯残留的分析方法。[方法]采用分散固相萃取-气相色谱(QuEChERS-GC-ECD)法,样品经丙酮提取,采用C18作为QuEChERS的吸附材料,HP-5毛细管柱分离,程序升温,通过气相色谱进行定性和定量分析。[结果]2,4-滴异辛酯0.01~1 mg/kg添加水平下,平均添加回收率在98.8%~101.8%之间,日内相对标准偏差在2.9%~5.1%之间(n=5),日间相对标准偏差在3.4%~4.8%之间(n=15)。LOD和LOQ分别为1.1、3.8μg/kg。[结论]该方法简单、快速、准确,能够有效的检测土壤中2,4-滴异辛酯的残留,适合于其定性和定量分析。 [Aims] The aims were to establish an analytical method for determination of 2,4-D isooctyl ester residues in soil. [Methods] The samples were extracted with acetone, C18 was used as sorbent in the DSPE procedure. The 2,4-D isooctyl ester residues were analyzed by QuEChERS-GC-ECD, which equipped with a HP-5 capillary column separation with the temperature programmed, and qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted by gas chromatography. [Results] When the addition levels were 0.01-1 mg/kg, the average recovery rates were 98.8-101.8%,the relative standard deviations were 2.9-5.1%(n=5) and 3.4-4.8%(n=15), the LOD and LOQ were 1.1 and 3.8 μg/kg,respectively. [Conclusions] The method was simple, rapid, accurate and precision, and can effectively detect 2,4-D isooctyl ester residues in the soil, which was suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis.
