摘要
[目的]延缓嘧菌酯与苯醚甲环唑抗药性的产生。[方法]通过孢子悬浮液喷雾接种法,测定了嘧菌酯与苯醚甲环唑及2者的5个配比对水稻稻瘟病的室内毒力,并按最佳配比配制成制剂进行田间试验。[结果]通过孙云沛共毒系数法算出,当嘧菌酯与苯醚甲环唑质量分数比为5∶2时,共毒系数为142.99,表现最大增效作用。田试结果表明,嘧菌酯与苯醚甲环唑质量分数比为5:2的复配制剂对水稻稻瘟病具有良好的防治效果。
[Aims]This study aims to delay the pesticide resistance of the azoxystrobin and difenoconazole. [Methods] We tested not only the indoor toxicity of azoxystrobin and difenoconazole but also the synergistic effects of the mixtures of azoxystrobin with difenoconazole against rice(Pyricularia grisea) blast through spore suspension spray inoculation method. A field experiment was carried out to obtain the optimal mixture ratio. [Results] The results showed that the mixtures of azoxystrobin and difenoconazole with mass ratio of 5 to 2, indicated the maximum synergism with co-toxicity index of 142.99. The results of field experiment showed that the mixtures of azoxystrobin and difenoconazole(5∶2) has a good control effect on rice blast.
