基于SOR框架的手机图书馆用户持续使用影响因素研究

Study on the Influence Factors of Users' Continuous Use of Mobile Library Based on SOR Framework

本文在梳理手机图书馆利用影响因素研究现状的基础上,引入"刺激-机体-反应"框架理论,分析影响用户持续使用手机图书馆的因素,构建影响因素研究模型。通过调查和实验分析发现,系统质量、服务水平和使用成本均显著影响需求匹配度;系统质量和服务水平正向影响用户使用手机图书馆过程中的感知趣味性;需求匹配度、感知趣味性对系统粘性和持续使用意愿有正向影响。提出通过提升手机图书馆服务的内容质量和层次,开展联盟合作、联合服务,积极采用新技术,加强宣传和普及应用等方式促进用户对手机图书馆的持续使用。

Based on the study of mobile library use and its influence factors, this paper introduces the theory of stimulus--organism --response framework, and analyzes the factors of the continuous use of mobile library users, and constructs the research model of influence factors. By investigating and experimental analysis, this paper finds the system quality, service level, use cost can signifi- cantly affect the matching degree of demand; the system quality and service level can also positively affect the perceived interest in the process of using mobile library; the matching degree of demand, perceived interest have a positive effect on system stickiness and willingness to use continuously. This paper proposes it can improve the continuous use of mobile library users by promoting the con- tent and level of mobile library service, alliance cooperation and joint service, actively adopting new technology, strengthening public- ity and popularizing application.
