Research on Social Cooperation of Service Activities in Public Library

本文采用问卷调查法对我国公共图书馆服务活动引入社会合作的现状进行研究,归纳其成功经验及面临的主要问题,提出推动政府建立政策保障机制、建立社会合作准入机制和利益共享机制、引入项目运作模式和风险控制机制、建立多重主体的绩效评估机制等建议,以期推动公共图书馆服务活动社会合作的持续发展。

This paper uses questionnaire survey, makes a research on present situation of social cooperation of service activities in public library, summarizes its successful experiences and the main problems facing. This paper suggests that government should establish guarantee mechanism, establish social cooperation access mechanism and henefit sharing mechanism, introduce project operation mode and risk control mechanism, and establish multi-subject performonce evaluation mechanism, so as to promote the continous development of social cooperation in public libraries＇ service activities.
